It means that you have NUMA enabled, but you have not populated the pair bank. You can get rid of this, by disabling NUMA, i.e memory inter node leaving. Check if this kb is helpful.

If you power it off you should be able to migrate it to any datastore without any issues.

Yeah, I just tried it again after re-registerign teh VM to its original cluster.When I try the migration it only dsiplays the cluster its in and not the other one.
