Run the below command for scsi0:1 and post the error message. It will take little long time to complete based on the size of the flat disk. vmkfstools –v 0 –t vmdkname (This is for the second disk)

Connect directly to the host where the problem VM registered via vsphere client and check if the datastore is visible for that host. Also do a rescan of datastore for that host.
