What kind of disk latency are you seeing as you clone multiple machines at the same time? How long does one system take?  7200 RPM disks and no hardware RAID would probably be the culprit.

you can't have any active snapshots on the disk if you want to increase it.  So, reverting won't do anything.  All snapshots must be removed prior to increasing the VMs disk space.

the machine is still on the same host as before, just the snapshot was made before changing the EVC mode., there is no problems on the machines without snapshot or created after changing the EVC mode....

I think it would power on if you revert to the original EVC mode that the snapshot was created in.  Once you have the EVC mode set back to what it was, power on the machine with the desired snapshot...
