Its Seems like your VMDK is disconnected from the daatstore . Can you go check the VMDK size if its showing 0 than the issue with the VMDK. did your VM console is connected .

a snapshot from 2013? ok, it's clear that it needs his time I would recommend to wait until the snapshot is completetly deleted. you may run into problems (vm corruption) if you cancel the job.
