Re: mount and unmount iSCSI LUN not possible because system busy

Hello ranchuab,

 

thanks for the very good support.

 

I worked out your list. By the unmount i get this messages.

 

[root@HV-01:~] esxcli storage filesystem unmount -l LUN-2-Workstations

Volume 'LUN-2-Workstations' is not mounted

For safety i repeat with the UUID.

Also, i check status. You expect the Status off, but i get degraded.

The next step would be a rescan, but i checked the LUN in the vSphere Client and found this.

It is a good idea to make the rescan if the status is not off and vsphere client keeps the LUN still as mountet?
