DCA/SSH disabled and vSphere problem

We use esxi 4.1 Free running on Dell R610. For security reasons we disabled DCA and SSH connections having no problems for years. 2 days ago, we can't connect via vsphere: "Server takes too long for response...:"

Do I have any change to fix it ?
