Thanks for reply.

I have try to reinstall tools-light component from ssh, and reboot my system, then try to update image profile, but still have the error.

# esxcli software vib list | grep tools

tools-light                    10.3.5.10430147-12986307              VMware   VMwareCertified     2019-04-17

Anyway, I will create a customized ISO of  6.7 U2 and reinstall my system.
