hi... as per my knowledge no change has been made on storage.. I have tried to reinstall the ESX on the host and again getting the same errors.. this time I collected more detailed errors as below:

I'm using ESX v4.0.0 build 16xxx and I'm going to patch the host with some new builds and check if the problem gets resolved.
any help would be highly appreciated
