Thanks everyone for the great help.
I just replaced the bad hard drive as instructed, pulled out the bad disk, waited 2 minutes, put in the new one and it worked, Thank You.
Now I am just wondering is there anything else I need to do? I see in VMware the new hard drive is green, and I have a warning on the Logical volume, and it says currently recovering...
I suppose this is normal as the RAID is re-building the data on the new drive? I have included a screenshot....And how long should this take?
